📌 Important: We encourage all clients to communicate any concerns early. We prefer to resolve issues through revisions and open communication before considering refunds.

1. Deposits & Initial Payments

All projects require a deposit before work begins. This deposit covers initial consultation, research, planning, and early design/development work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as this time and effort cannot be recovered.

We offer a defined number of revisions per project as outlined in your proposal. We work closely with clients throughout the project to ensure satisfaction. If you are not happy with initial deliverables, please reach out immediately — we will work to make it right.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@Keshavamdigital.site with your project details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Recurring Service Cancellations

For monthly retainer services (e.g., SEO, social media management), you may cancel with 15 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current active month of service.
